FTC is for students aged roughly 12 to 18. You don’t need experience to start. You learn by doing, alongside your teammates.برنامج FTC للطلاب والطالبات من سن 12 إلى 18 عامًا تقريبًا. لا تحتاجون إلى خبرة سابقة لتبدؤوا، فالتعلّم يكون بالممارسة إلى جانب زملائكم في الفريق.

In FIRST, students do the work. Mentors ask good questions, teach skills and keep the workshop safe.في FIRST، الطلاب هم من ينجزون العمل، والمرشدون يطرحون الأسئلة الصحيحة، ويعلّمون المهارات، ويحافظون على سلامة الورشة.
